In these surreal times of a global pandemic,
we don’t have a template for how to deal with the day to day uncertainty.
You may feel as if your feelings change on a dime. Mine do. While bingeing on Netflix and social media is an option for support, it can start to make you feel more anxious or depressed.
I’ve been doing 4 Centered Practices for over 20 years and I’ve found them helpful when I feel the most anxious and out of control. I’ll share some of them with you as you may find them really helpful. and then offer you some context and spiritual awareness through an Enneagram lens.
