Join us for any part of the Wednesday weekly practice, coming and going as you need according to your schedule.

In our Time Together:

1. Come a few minutes before the session to collect yourself inward. We begin at 8:00 AM Eastern Time

2. Mute yourself unless speaking.

3. There will be a short reading, embodiment centering practice and/or chant.

4. We will enter the practice of Silence for 20 minutes on behalf of our planet.

5. We will close with a one word/phrase check-in verbally or in chat.
