About Jen

Jen Meeks is a consultant, facilitator, and speaker specializing in corporate training and workshops. Her expertise spans leadership development, high-performing teams, and effective workshop facilitation. Jen works with individuals, organizations, and teams to drive positive transformation and practical change.

Jen is passionate about helping people shift from autopilot to a more joyful and productive life. She is certified in the Enneagram in Business and is pursuing a yearlong certification through The Narrative Enneagram (TNE), a globally recognized training program. This is the lineage in which Leslie is trained.

Jen has also trained in with Leslie in the transformational Centers Approach to the Enneagram.

Jen has trained under Russ Hudson at the Enneagram Institute and learned from respected leaders in the Enneagram community.

Jen holds a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bethany College.
